My story....I was created as an homage to a great vintage designer of the 1930s Miriam Haskell. Miriam Haskell was the go to jewellery designer for top celebrities and vintage movie stars alike from the 1920s to the 1960s, making pieces for Joan Crawford and The Duchess of Windsor (Wallis Simpson).
Miriam Haskell was very much a part of the Art Nouveau movement that celebrated flora and fauna in vintage jewellery design and this exquisite and intricate vintage inspired brooch is a fabulous example of this with it's jewel flower centre piece and delicate diamante detailing.
