OFFICE OPENING TIMES:
Our office will be closed between Christmas and New Year (25/12/24-01/01/25 inclusive) so ALL orders received over the festive period will be dispatched when we return on Thursday 2nd January.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lovett & Co you can return the goods back to us within 30 days of receiving them for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition.
Please note refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but *not for the costs of postage. (* except where a product is faulty or damaged) A refund will be made to your credit card account which was originally used.
