We offer FREE UK DELIVERY to all addresses within the UK

We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our deliveries will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail Service unless requested otherwise. Please note that our delivery times are a guide and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions etc.

Lost Items

If for some reason your item does not arrive, please contact us to help chase the whereabouts of your order to sales@lovettandco.co.uk or 01273 230114. Please do however allow at least 7 working days for UK orders and 14 working days for international orders before contacting us.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lovett & Co you can return the goods back to us within 7 days of receiving them for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit card account which was originally used. Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please also note that when returning items back to us we are not liable for the return postage cost and we also recommend sending the items back to us using a recorded service as we would not be responsible for items being lost in the post.
