What happens if my parcel is lost?
If you're parcel is lost, please contact us at info@lovettandco.co.uk with your order reference number, so we can check the tracking for you. You can also check yourself through your delivery confirmation.

My order says 'delivered' but I have not received anything?

How long do refunds take?
Once we have received your items back and agreed to issue a refund it will be done at that point, and you will be sent an email notification. Please note that different card providers register the refund at varying timelines, typically three to seven days.

Can I return earrings?
Our current returns policy does not allow for pierced items to be returned for hygiene reasons. If however an earring is faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin irritation with jewellery is often caused by nickel. Because our jewellery is Nickel Safe / Hypoallergenic, you should not get allergies caused by nickel.

How do you make your pieces look vintage?

Some pieces in our jewellery collection are finished in antique brass and rhodium 'mixed' plating, chosen to give them an authentic vintage character. Rather than a uniform, high polish shine, you may notice subtle variation and a gently worn appearance across the surface. This is entirely intentional, design-led detail that gives each piece its warmth and individuality.

Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is costume jewellery and may tarnish over time, especially if worn multiple times during a long period.

Can I wear it in the shower?
It is advised that you should remove our jewellery before showering or bathing to maintain it's life.

Can I wear it while swimming?
It is advised to remove our jewellery before swimming as chlorine and or salt water may damage the materials

Can I wear it to the gym?
It is best practice to remove our jewellery before a session in the gym as sweat and salt may damage the materials over a period

How long will the plating last?
The life span of our jewellery is dependent on multiple factors including frequency of wear and specific conditions (see previous answers and jewellery care)

Does your jewellery rust or turn green?
If cared for correctly our jewellery should not rust or turn green. (see previous answers and jewellery care)

How should I store my jewellery?Never spray hairspray, perfume or other solvents on or near your jewellery; this can damage the metals. Put your jewellery on last when dressing to avoid snagging clothing as well as stopping breakages. Store in a Cool, Dry Place. Humidity and sunlight can cause damage and discoloration
