LOST ITEMS
If for some reason your item does not arrive, please contact us to help chase the whereabouts of your order to sales@lovettandco.co.uk or 01273 230114. Please do however allow at least 7 working days for UK orders and 14 working days for international orders before contacting us.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lovett & Co you can return the goods back to us within 30 days of receiving them for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit card account which was originally used.
