To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is sent back in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of receiving it. If you’re returning an item because it’s not quite right for you, please note that the original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. You can choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

If your item is faulty, we’ll happily refund you in full, including the original postage and packaging, or offer you a replacement or store credit—whichever you prefer.
